Attractions in Cape Town
  • Each participant should present one abstract, but he/she can be a co-author of more than one abstract.
  • You are required the submit your abstract via EasyChair System.
  • Note that if you are not already registered to EasyChair System, please create an EasyChair account to submit your abstract (Please find the link below).
  • In order to conduct the peer review process for your abstract, it must be written according to below rules. Each submission must have at least one author who uses the university address. After the registration deadline, the organising committee may not accept papers.
  • Following assessment by the scientific committee and two reviewers, each work submitted for the conference is accepted.
  • No submission may be altered or updated without the consent of all of the paper’s authors. Papers that aren’t registered won’t be published.
  • The speaker’s name needs to be underlined in the abstract. The speaker might not be the paper’s primary author. Before the conference’s opening day, all participants should register by paying the applicable portion of the registration cost (for those who are liable for payment).
  • No financial loss resulting from any event is the organizing committee’s responsibility. There will be no reimbursement of fees if the author decides to terminate their registration. Authors who republish their previously published works will have their publications halted. Abstracts should be presented in English. Abstracts will be reviewed by scientific committee of the conference and reviewers. Abstracts can be presented in the following formats:

Abstract Submission

 

1) All papers must be original works that have never been published.
2) Each submission must have at least one author who uses the university address.
3) After the registration deadline, the organizing committee may not accept papers.

11) All research studies that are submitted for publication must not share more than 25% of their content; else, the article won’t be taken further for publication.

1 USD = 19.50 Rand

Local currency Cape Town is Rand at the foreign exchange rate of 1 USD = 19.50 There are many local Forex bureaus in Cape Town, some of them open 24 hours. Banks and Forex bureaus accept traveler’s cheques and major credits cards are accepted at leading hotels and restaurants. You need to verify this on internet.

VISA

Visa may be required for international visitors to Cape Town. Please check with the respective local Embassy for details and other requirements. Letters of invitation will be issued to participants upon request for the processing of travel documents.

ACCOMMODATION

Hotel charges for accommodation in Cape Town ranges from US$20 to US$ 600 per night. The OC is available for assistance. Food ranges from US$ 5.00 to US$ 30.00 a meal.

International roaming agreements are in place with 146 countries through 334 network partners. Please confirm that your mobile provider is compatible in South Africa.

Pre-paid SIM cards can easily be purchased at the airport and many local stores across South Africa. MTN and TELKOM Mobile are the two largest providers in the country. Satellite phones are recommended for travel to remote areas.
